The Plot of The Tyrant :
After a secret South Korean Government-backed project to enhance human abilities is discovered by the US intelligence agencies, things go awry. The latter asks the former to shut it all down and surrender any samples. However, just as the handover is about to happen, the bioweapon is stolen. agents from both countries then embark on a dangerous mission to recover it before it falls into the hands of the wrong people.
